StormPayFraud.com Daily Update

Check out the new StormPay Timeline

StormPay Timeline. It is still definitely a work in progress, however from what's already there you can see just how far back the misdeeds of John R. McConnell Jr. and Steve Girsky go.
Also, I've uploaded a copy of the restraining order that TymGlobal, StormPay, and John R. McConnell Jr. received for their involvement in an illegal ponzi/pyramid scheme and for violating Tennessee securities law.

StormPay's Past Coming To Light
Posted 2/14/06 at 10:31 PM PST by Admin

What first started as rumors on TalkGold and MMG forums is quickly turning into the next big twist in the saga of StormPay's fraudulent past. It seems that StormPay.com founder John R. McConnell, Jr. could not process transactions for adult websites with StormPay when it first launched. Being the bright cretin he is, he decided to spin off a new website specifically to process transactions for adult websites: www.BeaverPay.com.

It seems that more than a handful of the upstanding members of society that purchased porn through BeaverPay were concerned about their credit statements having transactions from BeaverPay. So much for discreetness and anonymity with your porn purchase. Anyhow, the enterprising tool that he is, McConnell apparently migrated his operation to www.allresell.com to continue to process payments for porn.

Unfortunately, it seems, www.allresell.com up and disappeared one day. The details aside, www.allresell.com is owned by an expired-domain grabber and is available for purchase now.

StormPay Website Down All Day
Posted 2/10/06 at 9:58 PM PST by Admin

StormPay's website has been inaccessible all day. While they claim that they are undergoing unscheduled maintenance, it's a safe bet that they are not having problems with their web servers. StormPay's traffic has been steadily declining. Their servers were tuned to handle the massive amount of traffic generated by StormClix.

Don't believe for a second that StormPay is down for maintenance. There is something more ominous going on. What it is I don't know, but the writing has been on the wall since the end of January. It's entirely possible that StormPay will be gone in the next couple of weeks.

If you feel you have been defrauded, misled, or had unauthorized charges, it's important to initiate disputes with your bank as soon as possible. Check the StormPayFraud.com Forums for more information.

Steve Girsky Lies & Misrepresentations Continue
Posted 2/9/06 at 10:36 AM PST by Admin

It seems as though everytime Steve Girsky opens his mouth, a new story and new facts come to light. Is the man a pathological liar? Or just a businessman who realizes he's been found out and is scrambling for cover as the collateral damage from his questionable business practices are uncovered?

In an interview with The Leaf Chronicle of Clarksville, TN, Girsky states that "I invite anyone who wants to to look at this [involvement with alleged ponzi schemes]. We have nothing to hide."

If Mr. Girsky has nothing to hide, why won't StormPay tell people how much money it made in transaction fees for these "alleged ponzi schemes" or from referrals by these services to its NetIBA affiliate? Why did StormPay not tell its customers that it was under investigation by the FBI? Why did Stormpay allow one of these "alleged ponzi schemes" to prosper for almost a year before it suddently became aware that it was possibly involved in illegal investments?

I have emailed Mr. Girsky these questions and have yet to receive a response. I doubt that I will ever receive a response from him about the matter.
